Is a usb skype phone better than wifi skype phone?

Before buying a wifi skype phone I would like to know how much better it works than a usb phone connected to a pc

1. Well the obvious benefit is that you will be able to walk around with the phone as long as you are in range of the WiFi whereas with the USB one you are plugged into the computer with it. If your WiFi is good around your house/work then it is a better choice but probably more expensive.
2. No, but it's cheaper :) TVP-SP2 VoIP USB Speakerphone for $10. That's a great deal
3. The USB option is really no better than wearing a headset and sitting tethered in front of your computer. An evenbetter option than WiFi is a dual mode DECT phone.
