How do I stop Yahoo Messenger voice chat from automatically adjusting recording and mic volume?

How do I stop Yahoo Messenger voice chat from automatically adjusting recording and mic volume? It decreases it almost to zero and this is annoying...

1. Click Start > Control Panel and scroll to Sound and Audio Devices, click there and you'll find that feature. As far as I know, Voice doesn't have this feature, but I could be wrong.
