What is the best FREE online gaming voice chat software!?

My friend is paying me 2 get one, please help, it should be for like a clan or something in a online game, easy 2 use please.

1. i use ventrilo for guild wars. it's easy enough to set up. You set a clan username and password so only clan members can enter.
2. I use GSC it's like msn mixed with skype but made for gaming at the same time you can do "clan chats" were only your clan can tchat
3. Xfire. It's like your msn messenger (you login and can chat) except it's made for videogamers. Instead of reading "busy" or "out for lunch" you'll read "playing WoW" or "playing S4 League" or anything. Xfire takes a look at what games you've got installed, and whenever you play them your status changes. You can also chat from Xfire or from the game. You only need to press Ctrl+K (I think) and, in the middle of your game, a Xfire chat window will appear (you can change the Ctrl+K to any combination of keys you want). You can also voice chat. Xfire allows you to group your contacts into any group you want, so you can choose to chat with Clan, Counter Strike Players, or any group you've created, or just the specific user(s) you choose to. Also, if a contact is playing a game that you also have installed, you just right click and select "join game", and your game will open and automatically connect to the same server in which your friend is playing. It's the best videogaming tool IMO. I love it.
