How do you setup Yahoo Messenger voice chat for Windows Vista?

My computer operating system is Windows Vista. Whenever I go into a chat room, I can't access voice chat and I get a message saying "This computer does not support the required audio compression format". How can I setup my computer for voice chat? I tried running the call setup assistant and set my connection to no proxies in my Messenger preferences, but that hasn't helped. Can anyone help me?

1. I have been having this same problem every since I started using Vista. I can still have 1 on 1 voice chats, but am unable to use a voice chat in any conference or chat room. I have talked to many other people having this same problem. It seems to be related to vista somehow, but so far nothing has resolved the problem. If I come up with a solution, I will post it here. For now it may be best just to use skype or something to talk with several people. sorry i couldnt be of more help.
