how to voice chat in yahoo messenger while someone is online?

i can't used the voice chat in yahoo messenger. how acn i do?

1. when you open someone's window to chat on top there is tab called Action...click that ...second last line ...Invite for Conference click that and a invitation will be send to that person and if he/she accepts that invitation then you can talk to them
2. first off all download latest yahoo messenger for windows xp http://www.filehippo.com/download_yahoo_messenger/ then login ,just double click on the friend who is online,there will be a call option in the top left of the message window your friend shud have yahoo messenger with mic+ headphones
3. Install Yahoo messenger 9.0 http://messenger.yahoo.com/download/ signin then add from by contacts > add contacts then if he is in online you can see a yellow blip near his name just double click the contact and chat for voice chat action>call computer if he receives your call then you can voice chat
