Voice Chat

I can't activate voice in the chat rooms or open a web cam because it says I have a firewall?

I have Norton Internet Security. Yahoo Messenger is added in the programs section, but how do I keep it from blocking Voice and Webcams?

1. Go into the security function of your computer and change your settings. If it won't let you do that then you might have a software conflict or you may have to remove it. I have the same problem only its not the firewall it's just windows. I turned the Firewall off and Windows still won't let me use chat rooms and stuff. Not windows but explorer.
