Wuts the best program that has voice chat and chat rooms?

I already have yahoo messenger but is there any other program that is better for voice chat in chat rooms?

1. I think only one best among what you ask is Yahoo! Messenger. It has both Voice Chat & Chat Room. I use GTalk mostly, but it does not have Chat Room. Google opened something called Google Lively for Chat Room, but I think it does not have Voice Chat.
