How to do PC to PC voice chat without downloading any software? Is there any website for this?

1. that's pretty impossible.... you have to download stuff for everything nowadays....
2. Its simple if you want to make it with messenger, you can a phone call or a video call. I dont know if that is possible without any program.
3. You can't really do this *successfully* via a website, so I'd not bother trying as ultimately (and predictably) you'll be disappointed. What applications are on your computer already? MSN Messenger? If so, you can configure this for voice. Although I don't use MSN Messenger for audio/video most of the time, I occasionally do and it works fine. I usually use SIP (Xlite) for plain voice (unless we're using our Polycom handsets, that is) or occasionally Skype for voice/video. MSN Messenger is there, it works, but for some reason, we just don't use it for anything other than text chatting.
4. I don't know of any that you can do without an addon. However, Ventrilo is highly user friendly and doesn't take much space on your computer. Check http://www.coregamehost.net or email support@coregamehost.net if you need more info on it.
