In World of Warcraft how can I use Skype to voice chat within the game? In wow is the a download or ingame feature that allows voicechat rather than text based chat? If not is there some way to intergrate skype to use this?

i have my microphone working for my computer but how can i tell if it works during voice chat? Would it be easier to test the use of my mic by trying to use the voice chat or is there another way I can test it? I have it connected and can hear myself but I'm afraid the other person may not hear me.
